This plan is for use in races where inside barrier draws are assessed as an advantage.

THE RULES


Rule 1: Consider only horses in barriers 1, 2 or 3
Rule 2: Consider only horses that finished 1st to 4th at their last start
Rule 3: Eliminate any horse that hasn't started in the previous 21 days
Rule 4: Eliminate any horse that is showing more than $7 with five minutes to go in the betting
Rule 5: If still more than one contender, skip the race
