THE RULES

1) Eliminate all horses that haven't won at least 21% of their life time starts
2) Total points for all remaining contenders as in the following formula: (total of last 4 starts) + (weight divided by ten) + (tote price - at   five     minutes to go)
3) Horse with lowest point total is the selection
