THE RULES

1) Use this ONLY on metropolitan meetings in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne
2) Eliminate any horse that hasn't started in the last 21 days
3) Eliminate any horse that is not the horse with the best average prize money earner and has a strike rate of more than 28%
4) Eliminate any horse that has a place record of 50% or BETTER
