 Here’s a system for 3 year old handicap races looking for class horses (in the handicapper’s opinion) that have good recent form.
THE RULES

1. Working from the top weighted horse down, select the first one you come to who ran 1st, 2nd or 3rd at its last start
2. There is no bet if there’s no qualifying selection by the time you are half way down the field
3. Bet for a win only
4. Bet ONLY on 3-Y-O Handicap races
